Takae Mizutani and sons was established in London in 2007 by Takae with the help of her two cats Mooks & Guiness.

Our aim is to create products that bring a little smile to people’s faces.

We started the business at our own pace which involves lots of staring, curling up, chasing, scratching and purring…

Takae Mizutani and Sons’ creations often remind you of nostalgic childhood memories and childlike naivety….

inspiration comes from simple questions such as "why can soldiers not have their own stand?"

We launched a new range of ceramic tableware and hand printed fair trade organic cotton tea towels at PULSE 2009 at Earls Court, London and It was a great success!
